RESPECTED CLIENTS
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- To request a return, contact us with your order number and issue details.
- Damaged or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Before approving any return request, customers must share a proper unboxing video and product photos for inspection. After inspection, we will decide whether the return request is eligible or not.
